What is Standard Safety Plug?

Fusible plug or other name hydraulic coupling safety plug found in standard hydraulic couplings of all brands.

Standard Hydraulic Coupling Safety Plug:

If the Fluid coupling is subjected to any force while working, the oil inside the coupling starts to heat up with force, when the heated oil reaches 140C, it melts the lead alloy material, which melts at 140 degrees in the middle of the safety plug on the coupling.

With the melting of the lead in the middle of the plug, the oil that enables the hydraulic coupling to rotate is discharged from the hole where the molten lead is located, the coupling continues to rotate idly because there is no oil in the coupling and the operating system is stopped manually.
